Being a military man, David had had his front teeth replaced with implants after blunt force trauma to his face during a military operation. Years later, one implant crown failed and he came to Implants by AJ for a replacement.
With some careful planning we not only matched the single central incisor with its neighbour, but also designed it in such a way that the implant crown would most probably never need to be replaced again!
This sporty young man lost his tooth during a rugby match. Not having had any dental treatment before, he was quite nervous about what procedure he may need, but still wanted the most natural replacement for his tooth. We discussed all the various options with Ryan, and he opted for a single implant. At the end of the appointment with AJ he was very relieved and said that all his worrying was for nothing! Ryan was very pleased with the result and was now ready to approach his other sporting passion, a body building competition, with full confidence.

After years of extensive dental treatment and the inevitable gradual replacing of that original treatment due to wear and tear, Angela was left with only 4 top teeth and an uncomfortable denture. She had always taken pride in her appearance, and her husband had never seen her without her teeth. Angela’s dentist referred her to Implants by AJ for a fixed implant-supported prosthesis. She can now eat her favourite meal once again, and her husband has still never seen her without her teeth!
Brian was referred from a village near Salisbury after he broke a tooth in the centre of his smile almost flush with the gum. Brian works in a prominent role with the general public, so AJ was able to remove the tooth and replace it with an immediate implant and a temporary crown. This way, Brian walked out of the surgery with a brand new temporary crown, ready to speak at his next meeting without any downtime.
